二、保修细节

1、在接到您的产品后，我们会将问题产品送到厂商特约维修中心检测与维修；

2、如果检测结果是无故障或者是人为因素造成的故障，我们会及时的通知您，并咨询您的处理意见。

三、符合以下情况可以接受退货和换货

1、客户在收到货物签收前，当面在快递送货员面前拆包检查，发现货物有缺失和损坏的。

2、经我们测试，产品确实不能与相关可以检测的车型通讯和开机的情况，非人为损坏。

流程：客人需在收到货之内的1个工作日之内联系我们相关退换货问题，我们会尽快为您处理。否则只能作为维修处理。

四、以下情况下我们有权拒绝的退换货要求

1、退换货物不全或者外观受损

2、经我们测试，客人所提质量问题不存在。

3、客户由于自身原因不会使用设备的

4、部分车型可检测，部分车型不可检测，就认定产品质量问题的

五、退货的来回费用由客户承担，请多理解一下我们：产品返回以后我们无法再次销售。
